Fort Troff wants to be sure that every order our Grunts place is a GREAT experience. We stand behind all our products with a 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Our customer service squadron will quickly resolve any concerns you might have.<\/p>\n

All returns are for replacement or store credit only.<\/p>\n

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We are bummed that you have an issue with a defective product.\u00a0 Reach out to our customer service via email or phone, within 90 Days of purchase, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit.<\/p>\n

The first step is to email us with your Order Number and we will get to work. Email us at: Questions@FortTroff.com<\/a><\/p>\n

JUST NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCT<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Even if there is nothing wrong with your pig product, we still want you to be happy.\u00a0 Because of the nature of our products, there are limits as to what we can do for you.\u00a0 We can accept returns on products that have not been opened and are in original packaging, assuming it has been less than 90 days since purchase.<\/p>\n

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.\u00a0 But, unlike other companies there are no restocking fees and no shipping charges for replacement products.<\/p>\n
